Kathy founded Top Notch Personnel in 2014 with a passion for helping people find meaningful work. With decades of staffing experience, she’s dedicated to serving the Pueblo County, Fremont County, and Surrounding Areas by building strong relationships and delivering dependable staffing solutions.

Office Manager
Since joining Top Notch Personnel in early 2019, Juan has played a key role in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service for both clients and candidates.
